Message content is processed in real-time to generate AI responses and is not stored or logged.

Your phone number is only transmitted to our SMS service provider (Twilio) solely for the technical purpose of delivering messages. Twilio acts as a data processor under our instructions and does not use your data for their own purposes.

Your phone number is retained only as long as you remain opted-in to the service. When you opt-out (by texting STOP), your phone number is permanently deleted from our system within 10 business days. We do not retain message content or conversation history.
