AI assistant that sends SMS updates when you request the agent to perform tasks and status updates are needed.
User-initiated only. Messages are sent only when you request the AI agent to perform an action and an update is required.
Cooked Ham Secretary is free to use. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
No charges from Cooked Ham. This is a free service.
Opt-In Methods
You can opt-in to receive SMS messages from Cooked Ham Secretary using the following methods:
- Text SUBSCRIBE or START to our designated number.
- Fill out the opt-in form on our website (cookedham.llc) and check the box agreeing to receive text messages from the AI assistant.
- Provide your phone number during setup and consent to SMS communications.
Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel SMS messages at any time. To opt-out:
Text STOP to the number you receive messages from. You will receive a confirmation message, and we will remove your number from our messaging list within 10 business days. No further messages will be sent unless you opt-in again.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By opting in to receive SMS messages from Cooked Ham Secretary, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not opt-in to our messaging service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to consent to receive automated text messages at the phone number you provide. You must also be the account holder or have permission from the account holder to receive messages.
3. Message Content
Messages are sent only in response to your requests to the AI assistant. These may include task completion updates, status notifications, or responses to your queries. Messages are user-initiated only — we do not send promotional messages or scheduled broadcasts.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
SMS message delivery is subject to your carrier's network availability and reliability. We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cooked Ham Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our SMS messaging services.
6. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the SMS service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cooked Ham Technologies is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
